Contact information. When you submit a form on the Site, we collect the name, email address, phone number (if provided) and message content you supply.

Deal Room account information. The private Deal Room area of the Site requires an account. When you register or sign in, we collect your email address and the password credentials needed to authenticate you. We also collect the business data you choose to upload to the Deal Room, such as company names, contact details, financial figures, research source lists and any documents or analyses you create there.

Usage information. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, used to operate and secure the Site.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to: respond to your inquiries and evaluate potential acquisitions; operate, maintain and secure the Site and the Deal Room; authenticate users and provide access to the Deal Room; and comply with applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers that host or support the Site (such as our hosting and database providers), as required by law, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain contact submissions for as long as needed to evaluate your inquiry and for reasonable record-keeping. Deal Room data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account or the data you have uploaded at any time using the contact details below.

5. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect personal information. Deal Room data is accessible only to the account holder that created it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing gary@equityone.la. You may opt out of any future email communications at any time by replying to our message or using the contact details below.

7. Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
